Armanino is seeking a seasoned professional to lead fraud investigations, forensic accounting engagements, and business valuation projects within our fraud, forensic, valuation, and litigation consulting practice. The role involves coordinating with law firms, private and public companies, and business owners across diverse engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience providing business valuation, litigation support, investigation, forensic accounting, or related financial advisory services
• Experience applying generally accepted valuation approaches and methods and preparing or reviewing business valuation analyses and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office, financial modeling, and valuation research and data resources
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to explain complex valuation and forensic concepts clearly

Responsabilités

• Review financial information, accounting records, tax returns, forecasts, transaction documents, and court pleadings for valuation and litigation matters
• Assist with litigation discovery and valuation document requests
• Develop financial models and perform analyses for valuation, litigation, and forensic engagements
• Perform business valuations for closely held businesses, operating companies, and partnerships using income, market, and asset approaches
• Research industries, economic conditions, and valuation discounts and premiums
• Prepare and review valuation analyses, schedules, and client deliverables communicating methodologies and conclusions
• Lead and assist in fraud investigations and disputes, including ownership and litigation contexts
• Mentor staff on forensic accounting, financial analysis, and valuation concepts
• Assist with business development, proposals, and networking events
