Armanino LLP seeks a Managing Director to expand its Valuation and Financial Modeling practice across multiple U.S. locations, driving revenue, talent development, and cross-practice collaboration.

The role focuses on complex engagements, strategic planning, and thought leadership in valuation matters. The ideal candidate brings extensive valuation leadership experience, a strong client network, and credentials such as ASA/CFA/CPA-ABV.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of valuation experience in a major firm or boutique advisory environment.
• Credentials such as ASA, CFA, CPA/ABV, CEIV, CVA, CVFI preferred.
• Proven ability to expand client relationships and source opportunities.
• Experience leading complex valuation and financial modeling engagements with consulting teams.
• Collaboration with forensic accounting, litigation, and other advisory practices desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of Armanino’s Valuation and Financial Modeling practice, including revenue generation and market expansion.
• Drive new business development through networking, referrals, and relationships with clients and professionals.
• Serve as trusted advisor on valuation, financial reporting, tax planning, and transaction support.
• Oversee complex engagements ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client communication.
• Mentor valuation professionals and foster a collaborative, scalable team culture.
