Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all banquet department operations, ensuring seamless execution of events.

• Brainstorm and present event ideas and concepts to clients and leadership.
• Manage the banquet department budget, including all invoices and cost controls.
• Book venues and schedule any notable guests, such as speakers or musicians.
• Negotiate with sponsors, vendors, and suppliers for banquet needs.
• Hire, train, and develop banquet personnel.
• Oversee all banquet operations, including venue setup and food and drink preparation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations for all banquet events.
• Resolve conflicts and operational issues as they arise.
• Obtain all necessary event permits.
• Manage post-event performance reports.
