Job summary

Bravos Automotive seeks a Director of Operations to oversee efficiency, profitability, and performance across automotive service, collision, and dealership locations. You will lead regional/site managers, develop budgets, SOPs, and growth initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and hands-on financial acumen to maximize profitability across all locations in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Automotive Technology, or related field experience.
• 8–10 years in automotive care, collision, and dealership ops, with 5+ years in multi-unit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of regional or site managers across multiple locations.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and KPIs; monitor expenses and profitability.
• Implement SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure service quality.
• Grow operations across San Antonio and Texas and expand market presence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality control across locations.
• Foster strong customer, vendor, and partner relationships.
• Analyze performance data and report to senior leadership; guide decisions.
• Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance ops.
