Job summary

Dobbs Truck Group is seeking a Director of Service to lead Service and Body operations across multiple dealerships. You will translate the VP of Service strategy into actionable plans, oversee performance, and drive customer service excellence while managing budgets and safety standards.

This role requires frequent travel to dealerships, strong leadership, and a track record of improving profitability and technician productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, transportation, management preferred or equivalent combination of education, leadership experience, and relevant service operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Service and Body operations across multiple dealerships.
• Support VP of Service in strategy, planning, and execution.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure OEM standards, warranty processes, and safety practices are followed.
• Develop and coach service leadership and technicians across locations.
