Job summary

Bravos Collision is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily operations, performance and profitability across multiple collision repair centers in the San Antonio area.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning while ensuring safety, quality and customer service standards are met. The role requires driving process improvements and collaboration with HR, Marketing, Finance and Procurement to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in automotive collision repair, with multi‑unit leadership.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and insurance DRP programs.
• Proven track record in improving operations and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data, generate reports and drive decisions.
• Willingness to travel regularly to shop locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, performance and profitability of multiple centers.
• Maintain a positive culture in the shops and drive safety standards.
• Foster sales and relationships with insurance carriers.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Develop and implement policies to optimize workflow and customer service.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends and drive improvement initiatives.
• Support store managers in hiring, training and performance management.
