You will manage a broad team, drive sales performance, and partner with vendors to optimize spend and outcomes, while maintaining high CSI and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of GSM and/or GM experience.
• Proven track record of an outstanding CSI.
• High energy and professional appearance.
• Personable demeanor with strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, coach, and retain top talent across the variable operations team.
• Serve as deal creator by engaging in daily sales activities and driving performance.
• Motivate the sales team to increase market share and profitability while ensuring CSI.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors and digital platforms to maximize ROI.
• Interpret analytics to optimize spend on platforms and campaigns.
• Set clear goals for sales, finance, and recon to achieve targets.
• Lead in training and motivating the team to meet performance standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and overall business performance.
• Negotiate and manage financing processes with customers.
• Lead Used Vehicle Department including inventory, pricing, and reconditioning.
• Manage showroom, online, and phone traffic efficiently.
