Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital analytics, market research or related field; agency experience preferred.
• Hands-on with large data sets and turning insights into actions.
• Able to interpret varied data sources and tell a clear story to non-experts.
• Strong communication to present complex concepts simply and effectively.
• Advanced analytics with knowledge of statistical techniques and tests.
• Excellent time management to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and databases quickly.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Be a change-agent within the agency, pushing client teams to innovate.
• Oversee projects including social listening, paid social reporting, and campaign measurement.
• Act as the face of insights at the client side with professionalism and credibility.
• Identify organic business development opportunities.
• Understand and explain the financial implications of analytics work.
• Jump in to support project execution when needed.
