Job summary

U.S. Financial Technology seeks a Director of Transformation & AI Enablement to lead enterprise transformation and AI adoption with Technology and business leaders.

This remote, full-time role translates strategic priorities into coordinated action, strengthens execution discipline, and mobilizes cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes. You will build business cases, establish governance, and enable AI opportunities that drive efficiency and value across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years in enterprise transformation, strategy execution, portfolio/program leadership, or related roles.
• Authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation translating priorities into coordinated execution and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business and Technology leaders to define outcomes, roadmaps, and measures of success.
• Strengthen portfolio governance and execution discipline by aligning priorities, investments, capacity, milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives with clear accountability, escalation paths, and follow-through.
• Lead change across organizational boundaries and build alignment among stakeholders.
• Translate business opportunities into prioritized AI use cases and value measures.
• Develop business cases and executive materials that articulate value, risks, and investment needs.
• Establish governance cadences to improve transparency and decision-making.
• Identify process improvements and AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency and employee experience.
