Job summary

Cvent is seeking a Director, AI Transformation to lead customer-facing AI transformation engagements with Fortune 500 clients, shaping outcomes and driving measurable business results. You will guide executive-level stakeholders and partner across Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing.

This consulting-led role requires rolling out AI-enabled solutions, turning client goals into actionable roadmaps, and developing repeatable approaches for future engagements. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
8+ years of related experience in complex projects, consulting, enterprise programs, or technology transformation.
Hands-on experience with AI solutions (generative AI, agentic workflows, API integrations) and translating outcomes into business value.
Experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise customers on AI initiatives; cross-functional collaboration with client and partner teams.

Responsibilities

Lead customer-facing AI transformation engagements with Fortune 500 clients; understand goals, workflows, and measurable outcomes; design how Cvent helps achieve them.
Oversee headless rollout projects with client environments; define success measures and capture lessons for other customers.
Co-develop marketable solutions with Sales, Product, and Marketing; translate client outcomes into product/roadmap inputs.
Build executive relationships and represent Cvent in client meetings and industry events; guide governance and delivery.
