ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Solution Consulting to lead a skilled team of pre-sales architects and professionals. You will drive value-based solutions across vertical and horizontal markets, recruit and develop talent, allocate resources, and align the team with sales goals.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, AI-driven partner ecosystem. Base pay is $194,100 to $320,250, plus equity and benefits.

Qualificações

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision making.
• 7+ years leading pre-sales or professional services teams; partner aligned preferred.
• Proven ability to coach senior professionals and manage teams.
• Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Directors, CXOs.
• Experience with Service Providers, Outsourcers and global system integrators.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of pre-sales solution architects delivering business strategy and thought leadership for ServiceNow and our ecosystem.
• Develop and coach team members according to business demands and individual goals.
• Maintain recruiting pipeline of potential candidates to meet future needs.
• Allocate resources to joint solution development opportunities and track progress against goals.
• Coordinate with marketing and other teams to support demand generation.
• Evaluate team performance via direct observation, peer feedback, and sales feedback.
• Ensure proper alignment of resources and effective utilization within the region.
• Manage day-to-day activities like scheduling conflicts, expenses, reporting, and commissions.
