ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to drive revenue by delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles. You will work with Sales, Product Management, and executives to position offerings and guide customers through technical demonstrations and workshops.

This role requires deep AI/workflow experience, a hands-on consultative approach, and the ability to speak with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
• Territory management including pipeline building with Sales.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert.
• Lead discovery workshops to identify challenges and demonstrate solutions.
• Answer product feature and technical questions from customers and partners.
• Provide feedback to product management on enhancements.
• Share best practices and reusable assets to improve team efficiency.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings and trade shows.
