This executive role leads a team that equips the Sales, Services, Marketing, and Support functions to sell CAS solutions—from CAS SciFinder to AI-driven platforms—while shaping a knowledge library for Claude-based tools and future agentic capabilities.

The Director drives change management, adoption metrics, and direct/indirect reports, with budget responsibility for enablement programs and systems, ensuring measurable business

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales enablement or customer-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related field.
• Experience enabling a sales force on AI-enabled or complex technical products.

Responsibilities

• Lead enablement roadmap for full CAS solution portfolio, ensuring sales and customer success teams focus on outcomes.
• Maintain fluency across portfolio, with AI-oriented solutions and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Product Management on releases; align enablement content with launches.
• Design and scale consultative and Challenger selling training for Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Build and curate AI-enabled enablement workflows and a skills library for CAS teams.
