Job summary

CAS is seeking a Senior Marketing Web Developer at our Columbus, Ohio headquarters to optimize CAS.org and related web applications. You will collaborate with marketing leadership to tie web and automation initiatives to revenue and business outcomes, while guiding cross-functional teams and vendors through complex projects.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience, including five years designing and developing for a digital-first environment.
• Experience in Agile development and B2B marketing.
• Strong SEO and web analytics skills.
• Experience supporting multilingual websites.
• Experience integrating CMS and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set and evaluate priorities for web initiatives and lead launches from conception to measurement.
• Build business cases that tie web, technology, and automation investments to engagement, pipeline, and revenue.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven marketing automation solutions.
• Define site architecture and build, test, optimize, and maintain high-performing, accessible websites.
• Define methods and development standards for new projects and mentor colleagues and contractors.
• Collaborate with designers and content authors, coordinate vendors and agencies, delivering a consistent experience for CAS customers.
• Report to leadership on website direction and performance and outline next steps.
