Job summary

CSG is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth of our Customer Experience portfolio across strategic accounts. You will shape account strategies, engage senior stakeholders, and position AI-enabled CX capabilities to deliver measurable value across contact center, messaging, and digital engagement.

Lead end-to-end sales, develop territory strategies, and accelerate growth through partner-led motions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of formal field sales experience in target markets (Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, Cable/Telecommunications).
• 8+ years of sales experience identifying, qualifying, and prioritizing prospects with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Experience communicating value propositions via presentations, proposals, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CX accounts.
• Execute account plans to expand adoption of CX solutions (contact center, messaging, digital engagement).
• Engage senior stakeholders and position AI-enabled CX capabilities.
• Drive new CX revenue within existing accounts and pursue new logo opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end CX sales process from discovery to signature.
