Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in learning technologies and instructional design.
• Five years of management experience; strong facilitation and change management.
• Professional certification such as CPLP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and lead strategic implementation and initiatives for the area of responsibility.
• Lead coordination of training and learning activities and resources.
• Design evaluation tools and methodologies and ensure evaluation occurs.
• Direct staff in design/development of learning solutions and curricula.
• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic learning tools.
• Market, educate and communicate with partners about initiatives and branding.
• Prepare and manage budget and resources for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate across enterprise to diagnose needs and recommend actions.
• Manage associates including performance, salary planning, hiring, and development.
