Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an AI-forward operator to lead how our People Operations runs, including the systems, signals, and service model that power the entire employee experience across a global organization.

You’ll own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery, partnering with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to reimagine work in an AI-enabled world—faster, smarter, more responsive to the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People Operations, HR program management, or related fields with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven track record embedding AI and automation into scalable HR workflows.
• Strong program management fundamentals and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead with foresight, using data and signals to anticipate and simplify work before issues surface.
• Build and scale AI-powered HR service delivery across the organization.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to align HR functions as a single connected system.
• Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team using data and AI to guide decisions.
• Drive efficiency, cost reductions, and improved employee experience.
