Responsibilities

• Lead with foresight using data, signals, and service metrics to anticipate organizational needs.
• Build and scale AI-powered HR service delivery while preserving appropriate human oversight.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to Centers of Excellence and partner teams.
• Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and operating procedures.
• Lead and develop a team, embedding data and AI into daily decision making.
