Job summary

Salesforce is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead the Slackforce Architecture team and own the foundational platform layer powering Slack and Salesforce integrations.

You will define the technical product strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and oversee end-to-end delivery of features like automatic authentication, identity mapping, tenant provisioning, admin experience, and unified testing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including time in a platform, infrastructure, or architecture role
• Experience with enterprise data models, integration architecture, and/or identity systems
• Track record driving technical decisions across engineering teams without direct authority
• Clear communicator, able to dig into technical implementation and translate tradeoffs into business terms
• Ability to break down and deliver on complex platform capabilities at high velocity
• Strong collaboration with other product and cross-functional teams
• A related technical degree required.

Responsibilities

• Slackforce Architecture Strategy - Set the technical product strategy for how Slack and Salesforce systems integrate, delivering near-term, incremental wins while keeping an eye building a scalable and sustainable platform
• Cross-Functional Leadership - Partner closely with engineering and product leads across Slack and Salesforce to align on Architecture features with the broader Slack and Salesforce strategies.
• Execution and Customer Impact - Own feature delivery through inception, build, and launch, all while tracking key customer feedback and metrics.
