You’ll expand an expanding portfolio of products, optimize multiple channels from organic to paid, and partner with senior leaders to champion AI adoption that lifts core metrics and accelerates revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years total experience across strategy, operations, and scaling growth in high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in AI-native initiatives that impact business metrics.
• Proven ability to own end-to-end initiatives with a founder mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across products, lifecycle, and channels.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from concept to completion; mentor other leaders.
• Build business cases, model unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin).
• Guide product, marketing, sales, and engineering toward aligned goals across ROI opportunities.
• Own quarterly OKR planning and ensure velocity in execution.
• Drive AI adoption initiatives to improve decisions and output quality.
