You will drive agent product analytics, establish rigorous measurement, own core data foundations, and lead AI-powered insights to empower executives and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics leadership and team management.
• Strong problem-solving and first-principles thinking.
• Fluent in business analytics and product analytics; SQL proficiency.
• Excellent communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and quantify levers driving the business across agent journey: sourcing, onboarding, activation, productivity, retention.
• Stand up a sharp testing and measurement cadence on the agent product with experimentation and analytics.
• Own core data foundations: commissions, debt, retention, lifecycle attribution; single source of truth.
