Job summary

You will oversee strategy, risk management, and cross-department delivery, while mentoring leaders and shaping governance, security, and scale for enterprise AI-enabled delivery workflows.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive the technical strategy and delivery of a new digital insurance platform with AI-native capabilities.
• Directly manages multiple technology delivery areas across departments.
• Sets and scales multi-department strategy for agentic AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
