Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Demonstrated ability to influence across highly matrixed organizations and deliver value at scale.
• Experience leading complex projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
• Extensive practical cloud-native experience.
• Deep expertise in CS/CE/Math or related field.
• Experience leading agency-wide adoption of AI-enabled engineering with governance.

Responsibilities
