The role demands strategic governance, cross-team collaboration, and a focus on scalable, secure solutions. You will interface with senior leaders, oversee multi-organization programs, and coach high-performing teams across platforms and lines of business.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience.
• 5+ years leading technologists to manage complex items within your domain.
• Proven success delivering multi-team programs at scale and on schedule.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams of technologists.
• Mastery of delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technical domains and drive strategic platform development.
• Directly manage areas with strategic transactional focus and cross-department alignment.
• Set and scale multi-department strategy for AI-enabled engineering and SDLC/TLM automation.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, resilient, and user-centric solutions with governance.
• Provide leadership to teams and interface with senior leaders and executives.
• Influence cross-product collaborations and manage complex stakeholder programs.
