Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi‑organization AI‑enabled engineering adoption.
• Deep understanding of responsible AI risk, governance and security at scale.
• Proven track record shipping Version 1 products.
• Cloud-native experience with AWS.
