• Proven track record driving pipeline ROI through multi-channel optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the digital marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Build and scale a digital-first pipeline generation engine across paid media and signals.
• Translate ICP and segmentation into actionable audiences across channels.
• Set the AI roadmap for the digital marketing function and pilot AI workflows.
• Lead a structured experimentation framework across channels and creative.
• Build and mentor a team of high-performing digital marketers.
