SentinelOne, Inc. is seeking a Director of Digital & Performance Marketing to build an AI-first growth engine driving pipeline and revenue.

You will connect audience, intent, creative, and data into a real-time system that optimizes where we invest and how we convert. The role sits at the center of Revenue Marketing, owning digital strategy, multi-channel activation (SEM, paid social, programmatic, CTV, audio, Reddit, and more), and AI-enabled optimization to improve CAC efficiency and velocity

Qualifications

• Proven ability to define and lead marketing strategy shaping plan and budget.
• Experience leveraging first-party and third-party intent data for targeting.
• A track record of building scalable, AI-enabled revenue engines.
• Strong test-and-learn discipline with measurable ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Own digital marketing strategy aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
• Build a digital-first pipeline generation engine across paid media and AI signals.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Analytics.
• Translate ICP and segmentation into actionable audiences across channels.
• Set AI roadmap for marketing tools, automation, and creative testing workflows.
• Lead experimentation across channels, creatives, and landing experiences.
