Leading Educators Careers seeks a Director, AI Learning Experience & Innovation to design and deliver AI Accelerators for education leaders. You’ll architect the learning journey, assemble a cross‑functional team, and ensure outcomes align with partner needs.

You’ll engage senior stakeholders and translate strategy into practical experiences that drive real-world impact. You’ll lead hands-on AI tool building, supervise coaches and mentors, and evolve the accelerators model through participant

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning design or related field.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools.
• Experience designing cohorts of adult learners.
• Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into deliverable learning experiences.
• Comfort coordinating cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end session design for AI Accelerators.
• Direct the delivery team and coordinate coaches and mentors.
• Translate strategic priorities into sequenced learning experiences.
• Manage high-stakes client relationships with senior education leaders.
