Job summary

Indiana Tech seeks a strategic leader to direct Curriculum Design & AI Integration, reporting to the AI Institute’s Executive Director. Lead curriculum redesign, drive AI-enabled learning, and align with accreditation and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field (instructional design, curriculum and instruction, educational technology, higher education, computer science, AI) is required.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in instructional design, curriculum development, educational innovation, or higher education leadership.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and instructional design principles.
• Experience supervising instructional designers or learning technologists; excellent project-management and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the university's curriculum redesign operation; supervise the Curriculum Project Manager and teams of Learning Designers and Learning Technologists.
• Establish processes, workflows, and quality standards to support scalable course redesign and ongoing instructional improvement.
• Translate faculty redesign initiatives into structured, resourced curriculum projects; manage accreditation alignment and program outcomes.
• Partner with academic deans, program chairs, and accreditation leaders to advance curricular initiatives and AI integration.
• Monitor emerging instructional design practices and report redesign outcomes and grant milestones.
