Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Director to lead Field Effectiveness and Capability Enablement, operating at the strategic crossroads of AI innovation and field capability transformation. You will partner with GTMC, Digital, and commercial units to define and deliver AI-powered capabilities that advance field performance and readiness for the future of commercial engagement.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years' experience in commercial operations, field effectiveness, analytics, or transformation functions within complex, matrixed organizations.
Proven track record of driving capability transformation and AI/technology adoption programs at scale.
Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and influencing across multiple functions, business units, and organizational levels.
Change management expertise and experience leading organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, prioritization, and execution of strategic field effectiveness and transformation initiatives across the North America roadmap.
Own program governance, timelines, and risk mitigation across concurrent initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Manage interdependencies and align roadmaps with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial Operations, Digital, People & Culture, and Global teams.
Develop business cases and ROI frameworks to prioritize capability and technology investments.
Serve as change management lead for major capability rollouts and drive adoption.
Manage strategic vendor and technology partners to ensure value realization.
