Job summary

Sanofi in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Field Reporting & Intelligence to lead the strategy and lifecycle of commercial reporting and analytics across the US field organization.

You will drive AI-enabled decision support, govern data and semantic models, and partner with Digital and Data teams to scale AI-powered insights while ensuring trusted data sources and KPI definitions guide decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in commercial reporting, analytics, or BI (pharma/biotech preferred)
• Experience with enterprise reporting tools (Qliksense, Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with pharma commercial data sources and semantic data models
• Exposure to AI-enabled analytics or automation tools
• Experience with offshore/Hub operating models preferred
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of commercial reporting and analytics solutions (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Ensure reporting is the governed foundation for decision-making with standardized KPIs and logic
• Implement and govern AI-powered analytics with trusted data sources
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to integrate AI tools into reporting in a scalable way
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, insights, and user experience through automation and innovation
• Serve as business owner for KPI definitions, semantic alignment, and reporting logic across platforms
• Govern data integrity, metric alignment, and governance standards across reporting and AI tools
• Define and manage operating model for commercial reporting and hub teams
• Drive scalable, standardized ways of working across distributed teams
• Support change management for analytics modernization and AI adoption
• Translate data into actionable insights for field and business decisions
• Scale self-service analytics and AI-enabled exploration capabilities
