Job summary

Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc. in New York seeks a Director of Product Management to own the vision, strategy, and execution across the Developer Tools portfolio. You will lead a large PM team, align orgs, and shape product bets for agent-enabled development at scale.

The role demands deep technical credibility, end-to-end product experience, and the ability to partner with enterprise customers and model providers to drive adoption and security/compliance across AWS tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with 5+ years leading a PM team.
• Experience building and scaling developer tools or cloud infrastructure products.
• End-to-end product delivery from concept through GTM and adoption.
• Multi-product portfolio management with security/compliance focus.
• Excellent communication with senior leadership and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Define and Own the Developer Tools Product Vision.
• Own P0 outcomes: agent task success, AWS recommendations, token efficiency.
• Be the voice of AWS developer tools to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Drive strategy for agent discovery, adoption, and tooling defaults on AWS.
• Lead product strategy for software delivery at agent scale and IaC evolution.
• Own agent-driven operations across AWS, on-prem, and other clouds.
• Hire, grow, and develop senior PMs; align orgs on strategy.
