Job summary

SugarAI is seeking a Director, Business Systems & Integration to lead internal applications, integrations, and connected platforms. You will modernize how systems connect, establish governance, and empower AI-enabled workflows across Sugar’s operations.

You will report to the VP, IT, guide a team through transformation, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise business applications, systems administration, integration, or IT leadership.
• Demonstrated experience owning and administering CRM or enterprise business systems at the configuration, process, and data model level.
• Strong experience with enterprise integration strategy, APIs, automation platforms, and system interoperability in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to modernize fragmented systems or integration environments by introducing scalable governance, operating models, and clear ownership.
• Ability to operate strategically and tactically, setting direction while actively supporting execution.

Responsibilities

• Own CSI admin, configuration, and roadmap for Sugar Sell and Sugar Serve.
• Oversee customer/partner portals for reliability and alignment with business needs.
• Define data ownership standards and governance across applications.
• Establish a scalable integration strategy and governance framework.
