The role requires extensive experience in AI, intelligent automation, governance, and change management, with the ability to translate policies into AI-driven workflows and communicate business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred in AI, data science, or business IT disciplines.
• 10+ years leading enterprise systems and digital transformation.
• 5+ years driving AI, ML, intelligent automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of AI agents across corporate systems.
• Partner with department leaders to identify AI opportunities for compliance and efficiency.
• Design and deploy AI-driven monitoring, controls, and decision-support capabilities.
• Establish governance, security, privacy, and auditability standards for corporate AI.
