Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group seeks a strategic, hands-on Director of Enterprise Integration to define and execute an AI-enabled integration platform across SAP, Snowflake, AWS, and related systems. This leadership role drives architecture, governance, and delivery of secure, scalable integrations, APIs, and EDI, partnering with EA, Cybersecurity, and Data teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
10+ years in large-scale enterprise integration, middleware, API, platform engineering, or integration architecture with 5+ years in leadership.
Deep expertise in modern integration architectures: event-driven design, REST/GraphQL APIs, EDI/B2B, and cloud-native platforms.
Proven success designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-scale integration platforms.
Experience with AI-enabled development and operations and AI agents to accelerate delivery.
Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute BBG's enterprise integration strategy and governance.
Lead design, delivery, and operation of APIs, event-streaming, EDI, and AI agent integration.
Drive transformation initiatives across cloud, ERP, data, and digital programs.
Build and mentor a high-performing team of integration engineers and architects.
