Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to lead AI and data-driven opportunities. You will guide discovery, validation, and investment decisions, coordinating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

You will shape strategy at the intersection of business needs and technology, ensuring governance, risk management, and scalability as you drive enterprise value and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2+ years in IS/Tech/AI or related fields.
• Masters with 6+ years in IS/Tech/AI or related fields.
• Bachelors with 8+ years in IS/Tech/AI or related fields.
• Associates with 10+ years in IS/Tech/AI or related fields.
• High school diploma with 12+ years in IS/Tech/AI or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, frame, and validate AI-enabled opportunities across Amgen.
• Assess data foundations, system integrations, and security controls.
• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, software engineers, architects, platform teams, and cybersecurity partners.
• Lead rapid discovery sprints, prototypes, pilots, user research, and experiments.
• Synthesize findings into clear product recommendations and business cases.
• Provide leadership to product managers and cross-functional teams to raise AI product maturity.
