Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master with 8+ years in AI/ML leadership, plus 4+ years managing teams
• Expert AI/ML engineering knowledge with scalable production systems
• Experience with governance, validation, and responsible AI in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and architecture for AI initiatives
• Lead teams, define strategy, and allocate resources
