Qualifications

• Doctorate, 3+ years in statistics/quantitative field, or
• Masters, 7+ years in statistics/quantitative field, or
• Bachelor's, 9+ years in statistics/quantitative field, or
• Associates, 12 years in statistics/quantitative field, or
• High school diploma with 14 years of quantitative experience would meet the minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Commercial AI and Advanced Analytics strategy across Amgen's Commercial units.
• Lead teams of data scientists and cross-functional partners to build scalable AI/ML products.
• Drive portfolio prioritization, governance, and business adoption of analytics capabilities.
• Partner with data engineering, digital, and vendors to operationalize AI at scale.
• Influence executive stakeholders with business cases, ROI, and success metrics.
