Job summary

Amgen Inc. (IR) seeks a Director of Digital Product Portfolio Enablement to unite product strategy with business outcomes across the enterprise. You will design and run Technology Portfolio Reviews, align roadmaps with investment priorities, and drive value realization through governance and executive storytelling.

You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with Finance and Tech, and introduce AI-enabled tools to accelerate decision-making and reporting for SVPs and the C-suite.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s with digital product management or transformation experience.
• 4+ years leading people and teams in a product/portfolio context.
• Experience designing governance sessions and executive operating cadences.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead Technology Portfolio Reviews and executive forums.
• Strengthen narratives and materials for SVP/EVP level discussions.
• Improve MBR/QBR rhythms and governance for product groups.
• Apply AI, data, and automation to improve leadership prep and reporting.
