Job summary

Amgen Inc. in the United States seeks a Director of Marketing AI Capabilities within the Global Customer Capabilities & Innovation organization to lead the development and scaling of AI-enabled marketing capabilities and operating models.

You will drive alignment between external AI trends and internal transformation, design future-state marketing operating models, and guide partnerships and pilots across commercial, digital, medical, technology, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Doctorate with 4+ years in marketing, digital, technology, or commercial operations OR Master’s with 6+ years OR Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
• At least 5 years' experience directly managing people and/or leading teams, projects, or programs.
• Preferred: understanding of evolving AI ecosystem, omnichannel marketing, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor AI, digital marketing, data, and customer engagement landscape, incl. platforms and trends.
• Lead the design and development of AI-enabled marketing capabilities and operating models.
• Oversee external partnerships, pilots, and scaling of external solutions into Amgen’s marketing ecosystem.
• Drive organizational readiness and enablement for AI-enabled ways of working across teams.
