Unitek Learning is seeking a Director of Admissions to lead the campus admissions team to meet goals and deliver exceptional student service. You will supervise representatives, monitor performance, and collaborate with Marketing and Financial Aid to drive enrollments.

This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with experience in CRM systems such as CampusVue. You will plan campus events and ensure staffing coverage during operating hours to maximize lead

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in enrollment/admissions management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, manage Admissions Representatives.
• Evaluate calls and conduct staff performance reviews.
• Lead campus events and open houses.
