Unitek Learning is hiring Admissions Representatives to interact with prospects, provide enrollment guidance, and support students through the admissions process. This role emphasizes timely follow-up, accurate information delivery, and adherence to policies in a collegiate setting.

The position involves phone and in-person engagement, directing inquiries to interviews, and partnering with teams to ensure student success and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Take inquiries from potential students and encourage appointments for interviews
• Return web inquiries and calls with accurate program information
• Make outbound calls to prospective students and participate in campaigns
• Follow company policies and use approved admissions materials during interviews
• Meet with potential students and explain program benefits aligned to their needs
