Unitek Learning is seeking a Senior Admissions Representative to recruit qualified candidates for the college's programs and guide prospective students through enrollment. The role emphasizes in-person and phone interactions, adherence to policies, and using approved materials to ensure a smooth admissions process.

The role requires building relationships with prospects, scheduling interviews, and meeting performance standards while working on-site with campus teams.

Qualifications

• 2 years as an Admissions/Enrollment Representative or 5 years in a position with similar duties and responsibilities; sales or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for the college's academic programs in a compliant, professional manner.
• Provide basic information and guidance to potential students on enrollment and admissions.
• Resolve student inquiries, issues and problems to the satisfaction of the student and regulatory agencies.
• Observe company policies and best practices; use approved admissions materials.
• Interact with prospects/students in person or by phone; meet performance standards.
