Unitek Learning seeks a Director of Admissions to lead the Admissions team, ensuring goals and performance standards are met across campus operations. Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, lead handling, and collaboration with Marketing and Financial Aid to drive start rates.

The role requires strategic supervision of representatives, ongoing performance reviews, and active involvement in campus events to enhance student experience and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven admissions track record with a minimum of four years with direct enrollment management experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with enrollment management practices.
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Candidate must possess strong organizational skills, leadership, development and implementation skill.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, train, manage, supervise and motivate Admissions Representatives and support staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, lead flow, planning and implementing local area marketing initiatives with the Marketing team.
• Conduct professional standards evaluations and performance reviews.
• Review inbound calls and lead entry; ensure proper handling by front desk.
• Plan campus-based events such as open houses and orientations.
• Provide guidance throughout the admissions process; train and develop subordinates.
