Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in the United States is seeking a Director to lead the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team and shape national strategy. You will oversee day-to-day management, training, staffing plans, and performance measurement, while collaborating with Sales, POA, and Marketing to advance clinical data dissemination.

This role requires a Ph.D. or MD, 3+ years of leadership, and strong communication to engage physicians and drive education.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or MD in pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular biology.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Prior field experience in pharma or commercial labs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Day to day team management of the MSL team.
• Provide staffing recommendations.
• Create and coordinate training and enablement plans.
• Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
• Present clinical data to physician sites and conferences.
• Attend regional and national meetings.
• Promote internal programs to physician sites.
• Read and stay updated on oncology literature.
