Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Director to lead the Molecular Science Liaison team, guiding engagement with physicians and KOLs to communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI). The role involves regional and national activities, training, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

The position requires a Ph.D./M.D./D Pharm and 3+ years of management experience, with strong communication skills and a track record in oncology education and field leadership.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology.
• Minimum of 3+ years of management experience in a related field.
• Experience communicating complex scientific data to clinicians and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Molecular Science Liaison (MSL) team across regions.
• Develop staffing plans and training/enabling programs for the MSL team.
• Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and conferences.
• Coordinate field activities and ensure alignment with Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Read and translate scientific literature to support customer engagement and product understanding.
