Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in the United States seeks a Director of Molecular Science Liaisons to establish and lead a national MSL team focused on communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes face-to-face engagement with KOLs in oncology and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing.

Qualifications

Ph.D., PharmD, or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology or equivalent training and experience.
3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of the MSL team and provide national staffing recommendations.
Create and coordinate training and enablement to keep MSLs informed on Caris technology.
Track MSL activity and customer interactions across regions.
Serve as liaison between medical community and Caris, informing on products and research needs.
Conduct medical education and support for the field organization to raise market awareness.
Present clinical data to physician sites and conferences; coordinate with Sales, POA, and Marketing.
Attend key meetings andtradeshows to promote CMI and educate clients.
Ensure marketing materials reflect the current molecular landscape; support field training.
