Job summary

Caris Life Sciences in the United States seeks a Director to lead the MSL team, shape national staffing, and oversee training and enablement to keep the field up-to-date with Caris technology.

You will supervise day-to-day MSL activities, present clinical data to physician sites and conferences, and coordinate field education while traveling regionally. The role requires a Ph.D. or M.D., strong leadership, and a track record in a commercial life sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related field required.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Day to day team management of the MSL team.
• Provide recommendations on national staffing plans.
• Create and coordinate the training and enablement plan to ensure MSLs have up-to-date information and education.
• Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
• Act as conduit between medical community and Caris Life Sciences regarding products and needs.
• Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and conferences.
