Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Director - Molecular Science Liaisons to build and lead a national MSL team focused on communicating Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to physicians, scientists, and other stakeholders.

You will recruit, train, and guide MSLs, develop education programs, and present clinical data at sites and conferences across the United States, driving awareness and adoption of our oncology innovations.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in biology-related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MSL team.
• Develop training and enablement plans.
• Present data to physician sites and conferences.
• Travel regionally or nationally as needed.
• Facilitate feedback between medical community and Caris.
