Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Director to lead the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) team across regions. You will manage day-to-day operations, shape national staffing plans, and oversee training to ensure the field is up-to-date with Caris technology and data. The role requires a Ph.D.

or M.D. in a relevant biological field and at least 3 years of management experience, with evidence of strong communication, collaboration, and travel readiness to engage with physicians and researchers

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience in a commercial/pharma or clinical lab environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MSL team operations.
• Provide recommendations on national staffing plans and training programs.
• Present clinical data and educate physician sites and conferences.
• Coordinate field training and speaker bureau activities.
• Travel to regional and national meetings as required.
